FAQShipping, Self Collect & Return Information
Orders with payment received before 10:00 morning are normally shipped out same business day (Mon to Fri), else it will shipped out on next business day. Delivery is usually next working day after posting, some outskirt areas requires 2 to 3 business days for delivery. Delivery time may be longer especially during long holiday like CNY or Hari Raya.
Local Shipping (Malaysia)
1) Always refer to the Shipping Fees as stated in the shopping cart. Price vary based on the weight of product.
MISS DIY Sdn Bhd is committed to produce & deliver quality products to your satisfaction. But in any case of dissatisfaction with any item you have purchased, mail it back to us with the Original Packing within 7 days upon reception.
- We will honor a refund by direct bank transfer to your bank account within 7 days.
- NO REFUND for GST Tax or Paypal Surcharge.
- All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state by registered mail / courier service. we DO NOT accept return for opened or used merchandise. For opened merchandise, contact us before sending back, we will consider to accept the return on case by case basis.
- MISS DIY Sdn Bhd is NOT responsible for postage on returned items.
- The following items are not exchangeable/refundable: VCDs/DVDs, Books, Magazines, eBook/eTutorials due to copyright issue.
- We reserve the right to charge a restocking fees of 10% or RM5 (Whichever is higher) of your order if you cancel the paid order (we have already packed) or return almost everything of your purchase or the parcel is returned to us by carrier due to undelivered/unclaimed.
- In the event if the total value of items you keep is less than the free shipping threshold, we reserved the right to charge back the shipping fees that we have posted to you earlier.

Returns (Pre-Order merchandise)
We do not accept return/refund for pre-order items.
